Worship at the Callanish Stones – Isle of Lewis

Our Scotland Outreach took us up to the Isle of Lewis, the furthest northwest island in Scotland.

We stayed in the Blackhouse village of Gearrannan, on the west side of Lewis near Carloway.

We worshipped at the nearby Callanish Stones, which are a significant pagan site. It was freezing but it felt that we brought some spiritual light to the place – the weather got brighter as we worshipped which was a fun thing – the views from there are lovely.
